The PolarFibre Minnow

This fly has become one of my favorite streamers. Tied with a unique synthetic fiber, it has amazing action, translucence and action in the water. Tied in the "up-tie" manner, it looks a little funny out of the water, but is very realistic when fished.

The fly shown above is tied in white , chartreuse & gray  (the black spot and the red gill is done with a permanent marker). When wet, the white PolarFibre shows an amazing number of refracted colors and make a great shad imitation.

Tying instructions and info on Polafibre is available here.
